Property Description

Brand new remodeled Cottage/Back House with panoramic Ocean, Catalina, and City Light views in North Laguna, just above Boat Canyon. This charmer is turn-key, was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with all high-end materials, and is just 2 blocks from the beach (Divers Cove, Heisler Park, and Fisherman's Cove). Enter from the back (off alleyway or along private path along East side of 252 Grandview to back) to an open deck surrounded by lemon trees. A wall of windows in the Living Room offers sweeping Ocean Views. High-beamed ceilings and new wood floors create a bright, beachy chic escape with tasteful decor and a large flat-screen TV. The remodeled kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and is completely equipped with dishware, cookware, coffee machine, etc. for a comfortable stay. Full-sized stackable laundry in Hallway closet, new bathroom with step-in shower, and a primary bedroom with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. A/C and Instant Hot Water Heater. There is an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after a relaxing day at the beach. Restaurants and shopping are just steps away at Boat Canyon (Pavillions, ReUnion Kitchen, Grazie Pizza, Jan's Health Bar, Asada Tacos, and Black Dot Coffee) along with Gallery Row and all Village shops. Inquire about availability - this is a short-term rental, seasonal rates apply (price listed is off-season rate).
